Before real estate, I served in the Army, where I learned discipline, strategy, and how to function on zero sleep and questionable coffee. I know every client is different, so I listen carefully, ask lots of questions, and only eat cookies after contracts are signed. I'm very good at writing strong, scary offers that make other buyers cry quietly in their cars.
